cali emissions? differance?

cali emissions? differance?

what is the big differance between cars with california emissions and cars without? mine has california emisions, how do i change it? i could only run a 14.7 at the track on street tires. all stock M6, 97 SS. shouldnt i be running 13.7 -low 14's?

I don't think there's any performance difference in the '97 CA cars. Your ET is more of a measure of tire spin, driver skill, etc, whereas the MPH is more indicative of the power of the car. What was the MPH? 99-100MPH is pretty normal.
