i've been doing some seach on cai and there are many of them. what i need to know is do i need to fabricate the abs or the radiator enable to fit the k & n or moroso or does it just fall right in. Also, i don't need to modify anything for the slp cai, am i right? if anyone could put some input and help me out, it'll be greatly appriciated.

You dont have to mess with the radiator or abs at least on a z28, they wont exactly fall right in either, but should be fairly easy.

K&N takes about 45 min. It just falls in but you have to get under the car to put the filter in from the bottom. I think Moroso is the same. SLP is different though but it should be a similar install. I've heard of people's filters falling out on the SLP.

They all fall in. I had to put in my filters through the bottom. Havent fallen off yet and I hope they never do. I have an SLP. Mine makes it a little harder to manipulate the MAF and Elbow as it is made of stainless steel i think. Straightforward install.

CAI's are all the same except the G2. I have heard good things about the lingenfelter because it is cheap. i think lingenfelters CAI is only like 120 or something if i remember i would go with that.
