Can the EGR valve be removed all together???

Just wondering if it is possible to remove the EGR valve all together and just adjust the tune. Mainly just bolt ons on my car and it has been switched to ODB1

No problem, just take it off, use the gasket and trace it onto a piece of aluminum, cut it out, drill the holes and pop it on the manifold. Im not sure if you did the one on the left if you are looking from the front, the hose that goes to the passenger header, but do that one too, the same way. And throw some bolts in the headers where the AIR was too if you havent, cuz it all becomes pointless and looks stupid.

I have it removed on my car and have had no problems, the intake will run a little cooler and will not get dirty from the exhaust. If i drive for long periods of time on the highway it will sometimes set a trouble code but if you program it out you won't have to worry.

no problems at all, just take it off and plug the intake nozzle with a vaccum cap

That appears to be the key to the egr delete, programing out the egr function in the pcm. Isn't the ignition and fuel programming also altered in the pcm during egr operation? This will lean out the A/F ratio when the physical hardware is eliminated without turning off egr function in the pcm.
