Turned my car off today when I was getting gas then I turned it back on and the damn thing started buzzing real loud. So I turned it off and the car kept buzzing from the passengers side and then I could not start the car until the damn thing stopped buzzing 4 min later. When the sound stopped it sounded like a small propeller winding down does anyone possibly know what the hell could be causing this?

 

try being more specific. i dont wunna be captain obvious here but does it happen to sound like a fuel pump?

 

Could be im not sure no one I know has ever experinced this before. All I know is that it is coming from the passengers side of the car sounds more like its coming from the middle to the rear of the engine though and under the car I heard that damn winding down noise when is finally quite.
