I had a radiotor hose to bust on me a week ago. I shut it off immediately, but I know the opti got wet, since then I've had a slight hesitation and rpm fluctuates under 2k rpm. Do I need to change the whole opti or would a cap and rotor fix it?

 

The full opti, since the electronic sensing part is the part that goes bad with humidity. The rotor and cap mostly goes bad due to normal tear and wear.
