Well...I've got a friend who is going to sell me his SLP LM and I'm thinking of replacing my bullet w/ it. I was told that I should have the same performance gain as from the Bullet...any comments?

 

it all depends... the flow is the same if not better on your current setup up... so it comes down to: do you like having one outlet or would you like two, how much is he charging you for the loudmouth, and do you like the sound now (becuase ive heard loudmouth before and it sucks *** imo)???

if he was hookin you up big time i would take the deal, and replace the resonator with the bullet... cause god i hate the sound of the loudmouth... good luck deciding...

 

Loudmouth is an aquired taste It has some serious drone when you WOT her. Personaly I love it. But it is LOUD with LT's, 3" ypipe with no cats, and the LM hehehe. I say if he is giving you a good deal, go with it. all the LM realy is a some 3" pipe bending,the resonator is actualy an oversized belive of hollow pipe. Its has no restriction. I love it

 

I have the loudmouth, headers, and no cats. Simply put, its too damn loud, and it sounds like a jake brake on the overrun. I am replacing the rear section of it with a Spintech muffler and tailpipes in a week or so.

 

Sounds more like Nascar then a jake brake.

 

I just really want the inter pipe and tips. I might just sell muffler. I like how the bullet is now. No drone inside and would like to get my quad tips again

 

i have teh loudmouth but i put pipeing in place off the resonator . . i just chucked that thing in the trash . .my setup sound clean and loud its not all raspy . . it doesnt pop and bang . .my friend has a loudmouth on his 97 and it sound like shieet he has the flat tips . . .my setup sounds so cleaner im thinking it because of the pipeing instead of the resonator and my 4 in round tips ..
