anybody running a bullet muffler before a flowmaster? I am thinking about doing this to try to quiet it down some. any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

 

I would also like to know if anyone has done this and how much quieter their car got afterwards. I've been wanting to put a muffler in where the cat used to be.

i went ahead and bought a bullet and installed right before the i-pipe curves up to go over the axle. it didn't really quiet it down all that much but it mellowed it out, a lot! so, the effect is there. when you get on it; its still loud! but, cruising it is quieter than before because its more mellow.
