Exclamation Brought Car Out Of Storage: Brakes are Rubbing??

I brought my car out of storage for the spring and take it up to the gas station for a fresh fill up and a can of Seafoam in the tank. I noticed that my brake pads were rubbing while I was driving and when I hit the gas it sounded like sand paper. Did you top layer of my pads rust over or something? I'm assuming whatever it is will burn off after a few days of driving it around.

Or should pull out the C-Clamp and re-set the calipers??

More than likely just rust on the rotors, which will wear off.

I had what seems to be a similar problem with my car last year. After sitting in the garage for four months, my caliper slides developed a coating of rust and were sticking and causing wear to my rotors/pads
