Broken throttle cable clip (pic inside).. how would it affect?
Is this affecting anything, if so, how would the car react?
I temporarily tried to use some quicksteel on it until today when I order a new cable for it, but that broke off. Car seems to be OK..
Only thing that seems a bit off is my idle.. but I think that may be my IAC acting up, ran the car after my CSI install with no elbow on, may have sucked some crap into the iac.

Ok, I can see it now.
My buddies '97 SS had the same thing happen. We cleaned up the surface and used some aircraft epoxy to fix it. Did this about 4 months ago and it's been fine ever since. You can get 15 min 2 part epoxy at any local hobby store (I happened to have some on hand from my airplane hobby).

I know.. wrong URL.. fixed now
Yah, I'm not going to fix it, just replace it.. just curious as to what the effect of it would be.

Poor throttle response ......... At least that's what happened with my buddies '97. The cable was flopping around not allowing the cable/sheath to function correctly.
