Broken Opti screw

So I got a little carried away when putting my cap back on my opti and tightened one a little too much and the head popped off. Now it's stuck in there and I can't get it out. I've tried pliers and cold-weld epoxy but the cold weld didn't hold for crap once i tried to turn it and the pliers couldn't grip enough because it's so small. Anyone have any suggestions like a special pair of pliers to try? As you can see from the pic I can get to it, but it's just hard to grip it well because it's so thin.

Thanks.

Try using some small vice-grips, then really lock them down on the what’s left of the screw. If that won’t get it out, nothing will. Then it’s new Opti time.

if you have a dremel, try cutting a slot across the top of the shaft, and then try a flat blade screwdriver on it like it's a screw.
