And the problem was....?

BTW if you havent changed the injector constant to around 42 yet then you will notice the motor running very rich.

Your Valves are not adjusted correctly. I rebuilt my motor 4 months ago and I went through the exact same problem. My valves were too tight and therefore I had no compression. Double check your valves and I promise the beast will start. Use the EIOC method, when the Exhaust Valve opens adjust the Intake valve and when the Intake valve closes then adjust the exhaust valve. After you get it running you can fine tune the valves with the engine on and revved to 1,500RPM. This will give you a smooth valvetrain. Good Luck!

Had a o-ring leaking on 3 injectors, the constant has been changed. It fired up after I replace some o-rings .
