Question Brakes

Need some help with some brake ideas,

I have a 93 Z28 that I use for road racing and I plan to re-vamp the brakes before the new season starts. I will buy all new parts (ss lines, master, booster etc.) but, I am wondering what calipers and rotors to use? I need to use stock equipment for the class I compete in. I also remember reading about the 93 brakes being the smallest... Is this true? If so what brakes are the best option for stopping and for the wallet? Corvette 94+LT1 LS1 ?

Thanks for the help!

Interesting comment above but anyways...
The LS1 brake upgrade or the Z06 brake upgrade would probably be your best options. Everyone I know and heard who has them has been happy with them. Or if you don't have that much to spend, you might want to buy some better pads first and see how that works out. Good luck.
