I thought about that and am going to check it when I get out of work.
Also can anyone tell me why I have to push down farther on the brakes to stop Im pretty sure its because i need some new pads.
What are some good kind of brake pads.
Thanks again.

does it seem to drop the nose alot when you hit the brakes?
if your master is very low, you may have a leak, which will also turn the light on(when the fluid pressure varies from the front to the rear)

Well I wouldn't say the nose drops alot but it does sometimes.
Is there any test to see if there is a leak???
TIA

well, if there is a leak, just fill the master cylinder and have someone pump (press, let up, press again, repeat) the brake pedal and you should see fluid leaking onto the ground
also, if the paint on the brake booster under the master cylinder is striped off, you probably have a leaking master(i say probably, because it may also be from spilled fluid)
