I need to rebuild a set of ls1 front and lt1 rear calipers. BUT I can't find anyone who has the parts. I just need the seals for the cylinders and the dust boots. Pepboys says that nobody rebuilds calipers anymore and suggested I buy a new one for $45. A local brake shop wanted to charge me $60 for the set of rubber seals, but they didn't have the boots. What the heck? Never thought it would be so hard to find this stuff. Anyone know where to go? Live in Chicago. I'll try a dealer tomorrow, but I'm sure they'll ask me to bend over just like the brake shop did.
