When i took the intake manifold off where was water all inside there, yes water, water in some of the intake head holes, i took a vacuum sucked it all out but still wasent safe so i took off a head and one cylinder was full of water, is this engine done??? like did the water go all the way down to the bottom

Unless it was run with a lot of water in the crankcase, it will be alright. Drain the water and oil. Fix problem. You should be good to go then. Granted the cylinder isn't rusted too bad.

Did you drain the oil and look at it? Coolant is to bearings.

Exactly.

If the oil and coolant got mixed you are going to have to start all over, either now or in 1k miles...

Make sure your oil doesn't look like chocolate milk in the pan ....
He musta been a good friend to sell you something like that

No, i just got the motor all assembled and i was gunna put a bigger cam in, rockers etc. So i took off the heads alll to check out the pistons/cylinders and it was all watery and rusted, not that much rust though. how can i get the rust out of the clyinder walls at home?

Sounds To Me Like You Still Had Coolant In The Intake When You Pulled It Off And It Ran Into The Block/heads.

That Happened To Me Once, Scared Me To Death Almost, I Thought It Was Time For A New Motor.

Good Luck, And Keep Us Posted.

Probably not enough to run it. See how much you can get out, if there is much AT ALL, just take it to a machine shop and get them to bore it or hone it.

If they bore it, you're getting some new pistons......if they can hone it you might be able to use the old ones.

How can there be coolant in the intake? It has no coolant passages.
