Question Borla Diferences?

What are the exact differences between a single cat setup borla and a dual cat setup? Is it just that the single cat one is 3 inches longer under the car were it hooks up to the cat? Or I'm I completely off base here? The reason I'm asking is that I'm looking at buying a used dual cat setup and woundering how much new stuff i'll have to fab up to get it to work.

The single cat version includes an "spipe". The spipe is two 90 degree bends that offsets about 1' to connect with the cat. The dual cat version would look like the 2 elbows where lopped off and a slip fit put on, so it's just a straight intermediate pipe. You can buy an Spipe for ~60 bucks i think to make a dual cat catback work with a single cat ypipe setup. I just bought a mandrel 180 U at jegs and got a muffler shop to make the "Spipe".

Can anyone confirm that this is the ONLY difference?
