boltons and no tune

how bad do you think this is hurting me? i also dont have rear 02 sims. i was just wondering how much this was hurting performance. i ahve intake long tubes x pipe and port and polished heads.

any ideas??? also what about a lt4 knock module? i heard alot of people get those after headers?

just a guess of 15-20 hp.

I mean you can pick up almost 15 rwhp on a stock car.

and i'd def. go with the LT4 knock. you can get the LT1 knock desensitized in the tune, but i'd feel safer with the LT4 knock.

You should def. put a LT4 KM on your car and then get it tuned through one of the supporting members on this board. You can easily pick up at least 10-15 hp and you can program your rear O2 sims out.

ya i planned on having the rear 02's delted. i was just curious how much power i was losing. where can i get a lt4 knock module for cheap?

Your not losing any power by not having your rear 02s in place. All you are going to get is an annoying SES light. The rear 02s are simply there to monitor your catalyst efficiency and they have no effect on the driveability of the car. From my own experience, I did my header install and drove the car for a week. I then got a mail-order tune from Madz28 and it was a night and day difference. The car was noticably faster and it was running alot better. Just my two cents.
