Bolt on 12 second LT1

Went to US41 for a track rental today, Ill just say I am very happy with my numbers

Mods are as follows:
93 Z28 A4 109,xxx miles
FLP level 3 trans w/ vig2800
3.73 gears
CAI w/ homemade ramair
March UD pully
3" exhaust from y-pipe back w/ cutout

I ran the car on skinnies w/ the spare out but I still had the subs and amp in the car.
When i finally got the car to hook and ran that time I stopped for the day, probably could have bettered my 60' I really dont think 1.78 with a vig2800 is all that impressive, good but not great

All in all a good day

I usually dont have a problem hooking but did today, there were few people running, so after lunch I ran behind a couple big slick cars and finally hooked
If you go there for an event the track prep should be good

That's a REALLY good time for a 93 with as few bolt on's as that, almost unbalivable. Did the PCM have tuning at all ? man that's sweet if that's all that was done.

No it was done on stock tuning, I actually sent out my chip to PCMforless but it didnt get back on time, he called me and said my a/f and dyno(sent copies ti him) looked pretty much perfect and there really wasnt much to do.

Thanks guys

There is a couple things I need to work out still, first, I was kind of taking a nap next to my car(long story) and my friend was sitting in my car and I noticed that the LCA's arent on a downward angle towards the rearend, the rear actually sits higher that the lca, so some Relocation brackets may be on order pretty soon and hopefully will help bring that 60foot down. Also at the top of third gear my car started shaking, any idea what that is? I think it maybe the DS cause it kind of does it on the highway at higher speeds also.

good numbers man, we have about the same amount of mods and you have me by .8, either your car is just plain wicked, or mine is the slowest 93z out there lol

Given your mods, I'd be checking the car very carefully for any issues. You should be running quicker than that.
