i'd go the suspension route, and while under it welding (either you or a shop) install a cutout...

you'll really enjoy the car after you tighten up the suspension. and afaik there are better sounding cat backs out there. save your money and get something a bit better than the hooker (both looks, sound and performance)

I'd also go with the suspension stuff first. That whole package will make a big difference.

I have all that suspension stuff (assuming I translated your awful spelling into English ) in my garage waiting for the weather to be nice enough to install

I agree as well...Suspension is a great thing to do. I have a basically full suspension done, and the car rides very nicely! We'll see the gains at the track though

if youre on a budget the hooker sounds good with gutted cat , at idle its a lil bit louder than stock but when you hit it , it really screams.. but if i were to do it all over again i would go suspension first. just like teke184 said there are better sounding/looking systems but they will cost ya more

GOOD CALL nineseven!!!! a guy i go to school with just finished his 305 FORD motor and w/ a T5 tranny and dropped it into a 98 ranger , spent a TON of money on the conversion and electrical and $0 on any suspension he even has the stock ranger wheels and tires on there! lol and he claims 400 horse , but anyways he cant even hook the tires at low rpms! and he bragged the whole time him and his dad were doing this that he will "smoke" my chevy . so we go out to the country and we took off . i pressed the pedel down very slowly in OD and watch him smoke his tires while trying to launch , lets just say it was a waste of money and time!! so good call on hookin!

hey guys,
don't want to steal his post or anything like that but I have Eibach sportlines, BMR tubular sfc's, BMR LCA's, BMR relocation brackets, and BMR adjustable panhard bar all waiting to be installed. Do you think I'm going to feel the difference? Also, is the firestone firehawk SZ50 Ep tire any good( size p275/40zr-17)?
Thanks
