I'd recommend pulling both heads and have them hardness checked and to make sure they are not warped. Go ahead and invest in a good set of ARP bolts and you should be set.

My car blew head gasket in April. #7 cylinder. Had heads reworked from a great machine shop. He told me valve guides rarely fail on LT1, but he did check them and they were OK, so he just honed them. He did replace the valves, springs, retainers and valve seals and trued heads. I ordered a head gasket set, ARP head bolts, and replaced lifters with Comp Cam R lifters.

Just like the first said, have them both checked to see if they are warped. If not just install them again with a set of ARP bolts and new head gaskets, problem solved.
