Cool Blown head gasket????? I'm pissed but making sure

Well i just did a compression test and the driver side was easy to get a reading (about 130 psi on two holes that i checked) but the passenger side was hard as hell to get too. It took about an hour to get the tester into one sparkplug hole and when i did it measured 70 psi. I am pretty sure that i should stop at this and know that I have a blown head gasket. But i am just making sure, what do yall think?

Also everytime i try to start the car it has a sparks sound under the hood. That is the detonation thing right, dont i need to change to colder plugs, add octane boost and get a lower thermostat? By the way i put 93 octane in the car right now.

If u have 130 psi on one side and 70 psi on the other ur definatley loosing compression! if it smokes and its white and ur got chocolate milk inplace of oil then yess u have a blown head gasket!(just look for the classic signs of a blown head gasket) It sux i've been through it, but learn from my mistakes when u pull the heads off take advantage of the situation and do a 3 angle valve job and PORT AND POLISH the heads!!! don't make the same mistake i did and just get them cleaned up with new valve srem seals (God i kick myself for that!)
hope this helps!

Since it was so hard to get in there, I would want to be positive it was making a good seal, so your reading would be correct.
