Blown Head Gasket

I just bought this car but after you have it on for awhile the cap blows off the readiator guess it builds up to much pressure

Are you losing coolant? If so.. it could be a blown head gasket. It could also be that your cooling system needs to be bled.

Do a compression check to determine whether or not you have a popped head gasket. Also look at your engine oil to see whether or not it is milky.
