How much does it cost to have bigger valves put in. I could supply all the parts I just need the machining done.

You can use up to 2.00/1.57 in the stock seats, so you're just looking at the cost of a three angle valve job, which you should do anyway with the heads off. Of course, you'll probably want to resurface the heads and let the machine shop set up your springs while you're at it. Be around $300-$350 for what I just listed.
