Which BF Goodrich to buy, the KDW or the KDWS

Hi
I am not sure which BF Goodrich to get, the KDW or the KDWS.
I dont drive in the snow, but will be driving when its cold out in winter months. My concern is the KDW is a summer tire and needs to be heated to grip well ?
I want good handling, low noise, and good wet and dry traction and grip.

Would you go with the KDW or the KDWS based on the above
Thanks to all

I have the 285/40ZR17 KDW tires on ZR-1 wheels. They are the best tires I have had on my Camaro. I have T1 plus Toyos on my Cobra and they are not half the tire in the rain.

Get the KDW, no question. If you are not going to drive in the snow, no sense in sacrificing the dry and wet performance by going with the KDWS.

I've had the KDWS since I bought my car. They're great all season tires and dont really wear at all. I'm selling mine though since I got new rims and tires.

If you're not going to drive in snow and you don't mind a little shorter tread life, go with the KDW's. Otherwise the KDWS are good as well.

I just got a set of KDW on my TA. How many miles can you expect if you drive a mix of highway and city 5 days a week. Dont really light em up much since I spent bucks on them! Wanna see how long they last.

That's what they all say. I think you lit them up pretty nice the last time you came over to my place.

Me? Light em up?? Never! LOL....

Did I have the new tires then?? I dunno. That was a while back.

What really sucks is I just saw tonight that I have a big o' screw sticking out the side of the tire. I just hope its repair-able. its very very close to the sidewall.

What sucks even more is I just plugged a tire about a month ago. $15 bucks a pop man!!

I was thinking about putting on those OZ rims I have a buying a some Yantas ustadas (spell check) and driving around on those. I want to preserve the KDW's.... That way I have no problem when I hear someone chant "Hey D' Light em up"!!!!
