Which is better? supercharge or turbo?

What you're missing is that the turbo takes more time to spool up, but when it does, you get full boost way down low. My turbo will make 20 psi at 3500 rpm. A centrifugal that makes 20 psi at 7000 rpm will only make 10 psi at 3500 rpm.
Also, belt slip on a supercharger isn't that easy to cure. I ran Reichard Racing Ultra-Grip pulleys along with loads of belt tension and still couldn't get over 15 psi from the T-trim.

i didn't say you made less hp or it came on later with a turbo. i asked what the power curve was like. i said the blower's curve should be flatter.
What turbo's are you running that gives you 20 psi by 3500 rpm? must be some small turbo's to spool up that fast.

Re: Which is better? supercharge or turbo?
Both have thier advantages but for ultimate power a turbo will always come out on top. I just sold a 86 Buick T-Type that ran 10.80's on drag radials with a 1.57 60' with only a T-66 turbo(at 28 psi!). The dowside to turbo system is packaging. The usual turbo system has much motor plumbing and parts than a typical supercharger system. My Buick was a A4 and I could hold the brakes at the line and build boost against the converter and leave the line inthe boost which can not be done with a centrifical blower. My brakes would hold 12 psi on the line and the 1.57 60' was lauching at 6 psi so it had plenty left. My car made over 500 ftlb's of torque and was at full boost by 3500 rpms and the torque topped out at 660 ftlb's and the curve was almost flat all the way to redline. The advantage of a centrifical blower is that it is a relativley simple installation and has less plumbing to deal with and in most cases is cheaper. I sold my Buick because I had been racing Buicks since around 1990 and i was ready for a change. I very likely will be adding a blower to the TA I recenlty bought so I am certainly not opposed to blowers but turbos are the more efficent power adder.
