better price on a power steering pump?
better price on a power steering pump?
best price i've found was thru gmpartsdirect.com and it was like $250 plus shipping for a power steering pump. anybody know where i can get one cheaper than this? it seems a little outrageous even tho the dealer charges almost double that...

Jay, get yourself a used pump thats what I did. Although I scored it off a friend for 10 bucks im sure you could find one at a reasonable price. Try a couple salvage yards then try speedautomotive.com. I would have to say that is your best cheapest alternative short of buying a new one. Hell throw a wanted post up on this board. later~~~~rob
will the used one from the 93 fit up to my 96? how many miles were on it, and is it in working condition? no leaks or any problems with it?
if it's in good condition and doesn't have TOO many miles on it... i'll buy it, just clean it up and let me know what you're looking to get for it.

The pump has 100k on it.The pump works fine ,with no leaks.I 'm not sure if it will fit the 96,but someone hear should know.I put my motor in a different body and the body came with a pump,so i just used that one. Hows 30$ plus shipping sound if it will fit.
