Best Way to Drain Coolent from my engine?

I have to remove the crossover tube in the back of the engine. I figure I would need to drain the coolent to do so. What's the best way to drain it from the engine block...thanks

Let the engine cool down and open the radaitor cap to equalize the pressure. There is a block drain on each side of the engine. One of them is where your knock sensor screws in on the passenger side, the other is on the drivers's side of the block in about the same location. Turn your head away or wear a face mask when you unscrew it or you will have anti-freeze in your face.

Are you replacing the seals around the bolts
