Best springs for XE 230/236

I am keeping my stock bottom-end and am going to add 1.6 NSA RR's with guideplates (to limit valve float)

What are the best springs I should go with for my XE 230/236?

Thanks!

The CMotorsports springs I use don't require any machining and they seem to work fine.

actually 987's don't require machining. My friend has them on his car without machining. The seats are just a tad large and don't need to be that large. All he did was cut a very small notch in the seat right where it would of hit. He has had them on his car for about year.
