best spark plugs?

What is the best choice for spark plugs with the mods I currently have? Any recommendations or is there a brand that is better than the other? Right now I have ngk tr 55s with the stock gapping. Thanks.

Re: best spark plugs?

You're probably OK with those. If you get where you are making 100 hp over stock or you have any detonation, then you might want to go one heat range colder. NGKs seem to have a wide overlap when it comes to heat ranges. One of the benefits of using extended tip plugs.

Ok Thanks. So I'll keep the stock heat range but what gap should I go with? .035 or .050? And what would the difference between the two do?

Re: best spark plugs?

Use 50 unless it misfires (assuming your ign & wires are healthy & tune is OK)
