Best rain tires.... Need to take 600 RWHP
I would start searching for dedicated snow tires, with studs, for all four wheels for the winter. Narrow is better. In my opinion, 600hp would probably not be safe in the snow. I park mine in November and don't move it until the snow is gone and I don't have anywhere near that horsepower.
If you are going to drive it in the rain/snow... with that kind of power I would suggest getting a smaller set of cheap wheels. There aren't many rain/winter tires that at even remotely good that are meant to fit 17inch x 275mm+ wheels. So if you get smaller wheels to swap in for the winter you'll have much more selection on good tires.

My GS- D3's are incredible in the rain, way better than my goodyear TR lol. I dont have anywhere near that power though, why would u drive that thing in harsh conditions, for the cost of buyign some good snow tires you coudl probably just buy a beater, they even have like 86 Irocs in the paper etc for sale for only 1-2 grand alot of times.

Sorry, all the tires that I could recommend would only be good for up to 599rwhp.
Just kidding.
