Best plugs for a heads and Cam motor?

Ive been running some Bosch Platinum plugs for about 20k miles since i got the car, and thinking of putting in some new ones better fitted for my not-so-stock setup.

Setup is LE1 heads and cam, CAI, ported TB/intake, Comp pro mag 1.6 RRs, comp r lifters, jethot LTs, offroad Y and Magnaflow catback.

Car spins to about 6300 RPMs.

I did a search and there was no real consensus on anything, and i didnt see any recommendations for a heads and cam car.

I ran the stock ACs (as recommended by Lingenfelter) in my LPE 383 for 10 years...Just switched to NGK TR55s after head freshening and new cam at the recommendation of FBC (F-body Central) in MD. Sor far, about 1500 miles, the NGKs work great. They seem to be the most popular used on this board, too.

Though I'm not running a 383, NGK TR55's seem to work for me.

Guess it depends on your specific car/setup. Mine w/mods below didn't get good gas mileage with AC's or TR55. Recently I went to NGK and asked them and they recommended the TR6 so I bought the TR6IX and I'm very happy runs better and milage way up. NGK TR6IX

IMO the same cars same mods don't always respond to things the same

NGK TR6's are good plugs to run they run 1 degree colder than stock and would be great if you plan to add some boost or nitrous.

I gotta advise against rubbing spark plugs on your motor, no matter what kind of plugs they are.

You're not going too aggressive there, a fresh set of stock platinums would be fine. If not that I'd go with NGK TR6's.

Honestly, I tried stock, Champion Copper and NGK TR6's with ported heads and a HOTcam and did not notice a difference between any of them!

I used stock gap and it always worked fine. You'll want to verify this but I think it was .050".
