i know this question has been asked time and time again...but i want to put a thermostat in my car, i live in southeast missouri where the winter months tend to get quite chilly...and the summers are hot as h*ll! i want something that is gonna be good for the winter too...

so should i order a 160* or a 180*

Back a couple of years ago when my car was daily driven, I was using a 160* in the cold-as-Siberia New England winters and the heat was fine.
