Best Mod for Quicker Acceleration
Okay, just paid off my 96 Z28 , so planning one big mod for now...which of these 2 will provide better acceleration:
Headers/Exhaust
OR
Rear Gear switch to 3.42 (have 2.73 now)

I just did the long tube headers and I've had a catback for almost a year. My car hauls a fair amount of *** for being a 2.73 car. Next are 3.42s and those are coming up soon. 
Gears will be less money.
