NGK TR55's seem to be a board favorite. Try using search, plugs are discussed quite often...

Can't go wrong with NGK TR-55s or stock Delco platinums. The NGK TR-55s are cheap, but with the copper conductor, they will wear out faster and require to be changed sooner. The Delco platinums are about three times as expensive, but will last much longer.

4 or 5 of my Delco Platinums were missing one or both of the platinum pads after about 35K miles in stock LT1!! I hate to think what those nasty little pieces of metal could do if they didn't spit out the exhaust, and the huge plug gaps that result can't be good. I won't run em again.

I love my TR55's, and plug changes are a lot easier with headers vs. stock manifolds, so having to change my plugs every 15k miles is no big deal to me.
