We just installed the UMI one a friends 2000 with Pasesetters and the clearance was excellent. Now I think Pacesetter had a older design that didn't fit as good as there newer set-up, the ones we used weren't to old, maybe a year old and fit good.

I'm pretty sure this picture from there web site shows Pacesetter headers installed http://www.umiperformance.com/images/2320m.jpg

There aren't alot of selections, but I would go with the BMR or UMI as others suggested. If you are touching in as many spots as you say you are, are you sure your motor mounts aren't worn out?

Re: best k-member for pacesetter lt's

new motor mounts. don't even get me started on that. lol basically, the tube of the headers (they did send me the correct headers) was touching the motor mount badly. i had to shave 1/4" off the passenger side motor mount for the tube to clear it, and even then it's about 1/16" off. surprisingly, i didn't get any false knock retard on the dyno run. the drivers side was touching a tad. from what i've heard, pacesetters have horrible quality control and they build no 2 sets excactly alike. the welds are crappy....other than the flow numbers, the pacesetters are absolute crap. anyway, how hard is it to replace while the engine is in the car?
