Best gaskets for slp dual cat headers

I have searched already. I get diff oppinions about well this one is good then someone else says they arent worth a damn. any ieas which ones i should get? i wanna do this install next weekend (6th-7th). any help is greatly appreciated

which ones? and im kinda curious about this header install. i think im going to do it at the same time i do my lt4 hotcam and s-trim. whatcha think?

The header install in pretty straight forward. Remove EGR, AIR connections to old manifolds, take of manifolds and do the reverse with the new headers.

I THINK the are Felpro 1036's. They are D port shaped for LT1's so get the "LT1 type"

What header bolts are you using?

Get a pair of Ultraseals from Autozone or someplace. I have the SLP Shorties on my 1997 Z as well, and those gaskets have worked great. Make sure you get some fire sleeving done around the PCM and the coil wire, or you might burn couple of the wires, or even worse, the whole passenger side of the engine compartment. I burnt a couple wires, but a guy with a 96 TransAm burned his PCM and almost the entire passenger side of the engine.
