I used Percey's aluminum gaskets and they have worked great for me. However, I used ARP bolts so I had to retighten them 4 or 5 times during the first few weeks. No leaks and no loose bolts. I did use copper for the collecters and they seem to be ok. If I do it again I will buy the Percey ones for the collectors too.

I've done a lot of header installs on 4th-gens and always have good luck using the 1406 Felpros and ARP header bolts. The people having problems are the ones not going through a few heat cycles and retightening.
FWIW, I'm using the 1406+ARP combo with my LTs (for the past 5+ years)

ARP's and Fel-pro's here. Make sure you retighten them often for the first week or so. The first day I would probably check them every tie I got out of the car.
Mine don't move at all anymore, although I check them every month or so for piece of mind.

I used 2"cap screws with 1" brass spacers for the header bolts.
Looks good and I can easily tighten all of them.

And the brass sleeves at Sears hardware.
I did hardend bolts and steel sleeves last
year. Worked fine but looked like crap by the end
of the season.
PM me your email and I can send a pic tonight
if interested.
