best exhaust?
Does anyone know, or in your own opinion, what kind of exhaust is the best for a 97 z-28? i was thinking about getting corsa, what one has the best overall sound and performance gain?

WELL i gotta 94 LT1 Ram air. And I think the best Muffler out there is the FLowmaster. REal GOod DEEP sound. Good bass. Rumble sounding. the set up i have is nice too. BBK headers. 3inch piping with Daul 4inch Chrome TIPS. As for as performace. IM not gettin the LT1's full potential cause of the sound and my big openings. BUT ill tell you one things. IT sure sounds MEAN *** HELL. So theres alot out there dude you just gotta find the one that you like the most. I hered Corsa has exhuast where you cant here it in the car. EHHH takes the Fun out of having that sound. But ver cool Technology though. Borla. Bad *** system man. I love the tips. But FLows CUt it for me. well GOOD luck let me know what happens

FLOW MASTER SUCKS its the most resrictive muffler on the market. heres a pic of one after we intstalled a 230/236 and went wot with it.

YEAH well I never said FLowmasters was good for performance. SO sorry if said the wrong thing. AS FAR AS SOUND is concerned. WELL it depends on the person and what He or SHe is looking for. IN this case I haven't hered anything out there better sounding and deep throating than the Flowmasters. IF your looking for perforamance. WELL Borla. Corsa all that good stuff is out there too. BUt I will give you this. THe SLP Loud MOuth is BAD ***. IM goin to get that Combo next. Gezz man. My Buddy has a 00 LS1 with headers. SLP Loudmouth. Friggin LOUDER than.......... and hes pickin up HP on the TOP END.
