both good but

csi has been known to have fewer problems
csi is cheaper

I would have to say CSI. I have had both the csi and mezeire on my car. One of them failed can you guess which one??? The mez failed on me after 1000 miles the internal connections corroded and no longer made contact. I only install CSI on peoples cars now.

How much HP do you gain with an electric water pump? Anything at the wheels??

Those are the basics of what I based my decision on. Also, grinding the w.p. housing is no big deal to me and is actually the lesser of two evils comparred to cutting on my fan shroud.
So far so good. Its winter now so I couldn't tell you how much cooler, if any, the car runs but I have manual switches for the pump, and hi/lo speeds for the fans and I have no doubt that will help when its 100* here in the summer.
