Hi I'm just new to forum been into cars forever just bought a 1997 camaro auto with lt1. I have added a hypertech programer full cold air intake undrive pullys. would like to upgrade cam and add long tube headers this year then maybe some head work next year. What is my best choice from your experience. I don't mind choppy idle and would like low to mid range improvements. thanks

 

I would suggest waiting on the cam until you can get your heads worked on. Get a cam recommendation from the person you have working on your heads. More than most other components, the heads and cam should "match" to get the best result.
