I am wanting to put a cam in my lt1. I am looking for the biggest and the most et out of a cam, just wondering what you guys have went with and how much it picked you up. My car sofar has ran a 13.31@104 with cai,bbk throttle body, and a muffler. I am getting 4:10 gears this week, and the lt1 edit done, so im hoping for the 12's this weekend, thanks

 

wow, 13.4 is pretty quick considering you only have those three things done. A lot of people use either the Hotcam or the CC306.

 

If your willing to rev to close to 7k on the stock bottom end then get yourself a GM 12370847. You could also find it as a crane cam with the following specs. 234/242 539/558w/1.5rr 112 lsa.

 

nice driving ! ide say a comp cam (cc306) its specs are 230/244 .510/.540 on 112lsa. most m6 guys go with that cam for starters.

 

do you guys have any idea what the cc306 or the gm cam will pick me up, et and mph. thanks for the input
