i vote for the K&N; however it is going to be a matter of personal opinion.

just go to home depot or any "real" hardware store and get all the stuff you need from there.
here's my list i have on my car from there:
3" PVC, 3" 45 degree elbow, PVC cement, rubber fitting adapter, hole drill bit, strong glue, (2) 3" stainless steel couplings with rubber inserts(much cleaner and better looking than the regular rubber couplings everyone else uses), spray paint, and a house floor heat grille. The go to either auto parts store or online and buy a air filter with rubber coupling.
Now just do a search in here on how to relocate the ABS unit and also a search on th install.
i'll take a picture of what it looks like and place it on here later today.
hope this helps

total cost for everything i spent = $60.00

Functionality they're pretty much all the same.

Looks and lasting, the SLP is hands down top dog.
