Best 383 400HPish rotating assembly
I'm looking for the best 'budget' 383 rotating assembly for my LT1. I'm looking to get around 400 HP and the same in torque. Can I get a decent one for less than a grand?

Yes you can easily get one for less than a grand.
I'm going to be running a Scat 9000 Crank + Scat 4340 Forged Cap-Screw I-beam rods + SRP inverse dome forged pistons.
