I cant see myself paying $179 for some RT cats.. is there any comparable cat out there that is not that expensive???

Please give me some ideas aside from a ORP.

CarSound...can be found on E-Bay. MAGNAFLOW, which "I think" is the same thing just polished is also on there.

Catco.Actually flowed better than Random.Do a search(summit).Saw it in a rod mag around 1999 or so.Hope this helps.

I got a carsound 3"er off of ebay for 32.95 a piece. Not too shabby of a deal. The carsound is comparable to the FLP converter and flow about 440cfm's. And I've heard they are good. I actually saw the same converter on a website for $129.00...they must be crazy.

 

If you are interested I have a Random Cat Convertor for sale. It has less than 1000 miles on it.
