my front end was hit by a high way cement wall about 11 months ago. i fixed the car and checked it several times at different shops and i came to conclusion that the car's chassis is not fixed right. the left side of the chassis is ok it wasn't hit in the accindent but the right side was hit and the chassis is bent a little at that side. can a chassis puller really straightens out the bent chassis and gets it back %100 to original. any one can tell me how this chassis puller works? and how do they know that the chassis is fixed and straightened 100% right?

if this chassis puller can't fix 100% shall i buy anohter car with %100 original unbent chassis?
