Belt chatter/squeel

I had a problem with my belt squeeling when I bought my car(about 3 months ago 27,000 miles) and fixed it with a new gatorback belt. Well the squeel is back but only after a "cold" start. When I start the car for the day it will chatter until warm but if its sitting in the sun it will also stop the chatter. What could this be? Is it my tensioner? I noticed that the AC pulley may have some play in it and when I sprayed belt dressing directly onto the ac pulley it stopped. I dont know if this is going bad or if its my tensioner. Any help would be appreciated

Re: Belt chatter/squeel

Check alignment of your pulleys with a straight edge. Check your idler pulley to make sure it isn't all nicked up. Good luck.

Re: Belt chatter/squeel

Check for any coolant from the weephole on the waterpump. It's possible it may be leaking a tiny bit, and when it sits for a while it collects on the belt.
