Did a search couldn't find info I was looking for. Does anyone know for sure when boring out the intake for a BBK 58mm TB, are the openings on center? It would be no problem if I had intake and TB in the same place but they are about 300 miles apart at the moment and I'm getting the intake machined here. Thanks!!

The BBK is dead center. I believe the AS&M is offset at least that is what Brent told me. I had my intake off and wanted to port it to 58mm size just incase i went to a 58mm TB later. I just used a caliper and opened the bores 5mm all the way around. When i finally got my BBK TB it matched up perfect.

my bbk was not centered at all.

 

Just for future reference the BBK matches up perfect if you enlarge on center. Mine is sitting here looking good.
