Bad vibrations at 3000-4000rpms.

Bad vibrations at 3000-4000rpms.
Mostly only in 3rd gear is when i notice it the most. It vibrates from about 3000 to a little over 4000 rpms. What do you think this could be? I was thinking maybe my driveshaft. But then wouldn't be like this all the time? Also i have a poly tranny mount, do you that could be why?
