how do you tell? visually i dont see how you can tell. small changes in road surface causes a knocking in front end and under tunnel area. im aware of the trans mount.

 

I think you can tell when you get alot of vibration from the front end, I've even seen peoples dash/console moving from really bad ones. Engine just kind of bounces around more cause its not secure enough.
