Bad miss at WOT?? (freescan chart inside)

I tried to scan the car for codes, but none were stored even though I know the SES light went on twice. Anywyas, heres a link to the scan

as you can see, it might be the TPS, its not reading a fully 5 volts, but I don't believe that something like that would cause such an extreme misfire. This also only occurs during WOT, the car will goe to about 3k RPM, and stay misfiring like crazy and losing all power until I let off the throttle. Then when I go 1/2 to 3/4 throttle, the car responds normal with full power?? Extremely odd. I did however have to fix the 5 volt reference wire because it was pinched against the ground wire at the alternator bracket, but that was about 10 months ago, and since then the car has run great. Anyways, does anyone else see anything else odd about the graph? I forgot to mention that the opti has less than 8k miles on it, and the plugs and wires have about the same amount of mileage, although I am not ruling these out as possibilities. Thanks

nobody has any ideas? another suggestion I got was bent pushrods, but I kind of doubt it would be such an extreme misfire from that...

Ok, well I still can't seem to find anything wrong... at WOT I am near 4.5 volts, so I don't know what else I could do. How else could I adjust the TPS? The scan shows that it is going 100% open, and reading over 4.3 volts. This problem occured basically overnight, there were no symptoms. One day I went WOT and the car just started missing like mad. You can see in the graph that the car won't go above 3k RPM until I let off the throttle. I am stumped with this one

Sounds like a dieing fuel pump. Could just need a new fuel filter though. Your best bet before you do anything is get a gauge to monitor fuel pressure while your driving. Autozone sells something that will go into the schradder valve and do that for like 40 bux last i checked.
